We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. So if you have a problem, get in touch with us and we'll do our best to work with you. Now, having said that, we do have to have some rules as a starting point to work from. If you need to return something that we shipped to you, call us for a return authorization at 1-800-468-1525.
Our basic return policy is 14 days from receipt of the product. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, etc.) are not returnable.
Non-Returnable Accessories include:
books and sheet music
reeds cleaning and care products rosin harmonicas or chanters pitch pipes ear plugs
Shipping charges are not refundable.
